Discipleship: Part 15 John 13:34-35

John 13:34-35:

34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.  35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”  (NKJV)

My thought:

-Christians, in general, have gotten away from love the way Jesus commanded and the way it used to be practiced in the early church.

One Response to Discipleship: Part 15 John 13:34-35

  1. I think you are dead on, Jennifer. The modern church and contemporary Christians have redefined love in our own image. We’ve me it totally conditional. That is not what Jesus was talking about. Happy Comment Day!
